There is an important difference between a consumer-grade service (such as Verizon Fios or cable) offered to businesses and true business connectivity. Consumer-grade services are fast and, for the most part, reliable. But they are still "best effort." That is why, for clients who cannot afford to be without access, we arrange (and will soon provide) dedicated business-grade Internet access.
We entered the wireless Internet service provider (WISP) business because, even today, there are parts of the Northeast that are severely underserved by large providers. We rely on you—our current and future customers—to help us identify areas of expansion.
While DSL trails other types of Internet access in speed, it remains the only form of access (or the only form of backup) available in many areas. Many of our value-driven customers continue to rely on DSL for basic Internet access. And, as always, AceDSL® comes with unfiltered static IP addresses and the backing of our exceptional support.
Many organizations rely on consumer-grade broadband, such as passive optical network (for example, Verizon Fios) or cable modem access. While these connections are fast, the providers often impose restrictions. We offer VPN services that add static IP and/or IPSec capabilities to any broadband connection.
